Remarks: Cha Dao in Don Antonio I think is trying its best to maintain the comfort room clean and comfy for their customer. Although the cubicle is too small, the paper towels and soap are visually displayed, note that Cha Dao is a tea-based beverage where everyone who gulps it has the risk of experiencing and naturally felt "now is the time" - depositing some "poopers." The comfort room is the most important area around the establishment, hence water, soap and paper towels are in demand! :)
