Remarks: PPT's second time to snap a photo of UP's Shopping Center. A paid toilet (Php3 per use) with roving maintenance to clean and manually flush your leak. Nothing changed with the looks except for door locks replaced with string to hoop and lock.
The place smells okay but children are not advise to stay long because of possible mosquito bites.
